Your are the commanding officer of the 81 Precinct Detective Squad and you have a received notification from the patrol force that a body has been found at 123 Bond Street, with an apparent gun shot wound to his head.  You gather up your detectives and respond to the crime scene.  Based on your readings and future readings (text), please describe the tasks that you and your investigators will perform at the crime scene.  You should include steps to process the crime scene for evidence, interview of witnesses (who,how, where, when, ect.), developing informants, collection and preservation of evidence (blood, hair, ballistics, etc.)  You may also include outside sources of information (other books, articles, internet, etc.) to prepare this paper.
