I am developing a Direct Support System (DSS). The DSS is a program that assists automobile insurance companies decision and rate calculation process. The program with assist in deciding weather to retain a customer (based off known risks - history, age, etc). The program will also calculate insurance premium rates. The system will utilize a database with customer, vehicle, insurance, and risk information. The program will in turn utilize that database to calculate the DSS results.
