• Explain any special control issues that concern you for this overseas operation and recommendations for dealing with such issues.
• Identify concerns of the host country and the local community regarding your operations, as best you can comprehend, and plans to deal with these concerns to ensure a long-term cooperative relationship.

Include an appendix that contains exhibits, such as country maps, tables, and charts.

Use a minimum of 10 references in preparing your strategic plan.

Format your strategic plan consistent with APA guidelines.
