Select an Inside Story on the strategy topic. You will use the same Inside Story study for your Week 5 assignment.
Review the story, noting the problem addressed and the strategies used as a solution.
Imagine you are tasked with proposing alternative solutions to the board of directors at the next meeting.
Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word proposal offering alternative strategies for an improved business outcome. Include the following:
- The problem
- The strategy used in the Inside Story and if it was successful
- Two alternative strategies that might result in a better outcome and why they are better: Support the two strategies with examples of successes using a similar strategy.
- The stakeholders involved in the problem and solutions
- How you could use contingency power and influence to promote agreement from all stakeholders regarding your proposed alternative strategies
Include a minimum of six sources within the last 5-years, with at least three from peer-reviewed journals, and at least two supporting each strategy.
Format your submission according to APA guidelines.
