Week 8 Capability and Performance Recommendations

Select a Virtual Organization or an organization with which you are familiar.

Imagine you are a management consultant hired by this organization.

Identify or develop a tool for evaluating your organization's capability and historical performance in one of the following areas:

• Power and influence
• Shared leadership
• Innovation
• Adaptability
• Inclusion
• Social responsibility

Your evaluation may be a paper, a presentation, a memo, a website, or another medium of your choosing.

Include the following in your evaluation:

• An analysis of the current situation
• An overview of the tool you used in evaluating the organization
• Recommendations for the future in the chosen area
• A review of the organization's environmental, economic, social, and global sustainability
• At least one visual representation in the form of a table or figure of your proposed performance evaluation tool within the text or in an appendix

Include a minimum of eight sources, with at least four from peer-reviewed journals.

Format your submission according to APA guidelines.
