Â
Assignment Instructions:
Â
Review the four written artifacts you selected from your doctoral journey.
Â
Conduct a critical and metacognitive evaluation of your sample of work, focusing specifically on your growth and development as an engaged scholar-practitioner-leader.
Â
Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word reflective narrative that synthesizes your growth and development as an engaged scholar-practitioner-leader--as evidenced by the four written artifacts you selected from your doctoral journey. Your narrative must address each of the four content areas below; include specific evidence from your selected artifacts; and reference scholarly literature to reinforce your claims.
Â
Use the questions included with each content area to guide your writing. Your goal is not to simply provide an answer to these questions.
Â
Content Areas:
I. Development and Integration of Scholarship, Practice, and Leadership
·        How have you demonstrated continual development in your program toward integrating scholarship, practice, and leadership?
II. Identity as a Scholar-Practitioner-Leader
·        How have your individual operating models, normative assumptions, and situatedness informed your identity as a lifelong scholar-practitioner-leader?
III. Evolution of Self
·        How have you evolved your thinking, self-awareness, self-management, and your cognitive empathy?
IV. Evolution of Work
·        How do your selected artifacts illustrate the relationship between the components of the SPL model and your evolution towards becoming an emerging engaged scholar-practitioner-leader?
Â
Format your paper according to APA guidelines.
Â
Refer the grading criteria outlined in the Metasynthesis Scoring Instrument document.
Â
Submit your assignment using the Assignment Files tab by Day 5 of residency.
