·        What good opportunities can you spot?

·        What interesting trends are you aware of?

Useful opportunities can come from such things as:

·        Changes in technology and markets on both a broad and narrow scale.

·        Changes in government policy related to your field.

·        Changes in social patterns, population profiles, lifestyle changes, and so on.

·        Local events.
