1. Walsh, Chapter 12:
A couple has a severely autistic daughter who is 18 years old, nonverbal, an only child, and mostly dependent on her parents for all her daily needs. What are some possible challenges you can see, now, and for the future of this family, both in terms of physically/logistically and emotionally? (This isn't an exhaustive list, just some thoughts you might have. Please read the next question, as it ties in with this.)

Assuming we could consider the above family a vulnerable, multi-stressed family, what are some ways we might support them, were they to come to our office?
3. Walsh, Chapter 14:
Suppose we have a client who had an emotional cutoff or a broken relationship with her/his father, his father passed ten years ago, and our client wants to heal this relationship, so that he can feel free to move on with his life and have some closure. What are some things we can do to help this client heal? (just looking for some thoughts, nothing too complex here)
