·        What do you think are the main differences between the two (2) types of property: namely personal versus real property?  Describe one (1) example of each that you are familiar with in your personal experiences.Â

Last week, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detained almost 700 immigrants  after raiding food processing plants in Mississippi (Blint-Welsh, 2019). The persons detained were suspected of being in the country illegally (Blint-Welsh, 2019). Â
Assume that a client in your law-firm is a business owner who is concerned that the employees that he is hiring may not be here legally and also had some employees who were detained in the ICE raid but later released. The employer wants advice on what she needs to know to comply with the laws and help the employees who were detained initially but later released. While as a paralegal, you cannot give legal advice, you want to make sure that you understand the issues and laws involved so that you can assist the attorney and client knowledgeably.  Please review the video below in preparing to answer the following questions:
