Explore a professional issue relevant to child life practice by finding an academic article or professional publication. Professional issues could include education requirements, boundaries, scope of practice, communication, leadership, multidisciplinary collaboration, self-care, burnout, etc. You are encouraged to think creatively about something that interests or challenges you. A wide variety of topics/situations could be appropriate for this assignment. The article/publication does not need to specifically address child life practice - a related healthcare, psychosocial, or child development field is acceptable if the issue is relevant to child life. Please ensure that the article you choose is not one we have covered or will cover in this course - readings are listed in the module overviews.
