Instructions:  Respond to the following:

 Prompt – You have been hired as the new Jr. High Principal at a school outside of Dallas, Texas.  The superintendent informed the administrative team that she and the school board have agreed upon moving from a Line-Item Budgeting process to a “Zero-Base” budgeting process. What information, resources, training, assistance etc. would you need and ask for to ensure that you understand the process and your campus is appropriately supported? (Minimum of one paragraph.)
