Gantt chart software is important for organizing your project's schedule. While Microsoft Project is a premier program, there is other software available that can create these charts as well. Look online for such a program. Note that Excel has a Gantt template but lacks the ability to show predecessors via arrows in the chart and so is limited in usefulness; find other options for this discussion instead. Once you have found a suitable Gantt program, answer all of the following questions in your initial response:
·        Identify the software you found and share the URL of its website.
·        Can you use this software online, or must you download it to your computer?
·        Is there a cost for this software? How does the cost compare to Project?
·        Other than costs, what are the advantages and disadvantages of using this program instead of Project?
·        Lastly, how does this fit into the Systems Development Life Cycle?
If you are not familiar with Project, you may need to check the Microsoft site to be able to complete comparisons. In that case, make sure you include the full URL for that page in your post as well.
Write an original descriptive subject line for your initial post (instead of "unit 3 discussion"), as labeling content will be important to your clients.
