Three Java application using NetBeans IDE

I need help with this weeks assignment i am lost with how to code for what is asked here are the instructions below and i have attached my code from last week:

Modify the Week Three Java application using NetBeans IDE to meet these additional and changed business requirements:

  • The application will now compare the total annual compensation of at least two salespersons.
  • It will calculate the additional amount of sales that each salesperson must achieve to match or exceed the higher of the two earners.
  • The application should ask for the name of each salesperson being compared.

The Java application should also meet these technical requirements:

  • The application should have at least one class, in addition to the application's controlling class.
  • The source code must demonstrate the use of Array or ArrayList.
  • There should be proper documentation in the source code.
  • Q: Do we start with week 3's work and build on that?
  • A: Yes.
  • Q. Do I display all the info, including the table, for each salesperson?
  • A. Yes. I expect your program will ask for the name and total sales for two salespeople (or more if that's what you'd like to do). For each salesperson, the program calculates and displays everything it did in the week 3 assignment. Then, it will decide which salesperson makes more in total annual compensation, and displays that salesperson's name, and the additional amount of sales that the other salesperson (or salespeople, if you got more than two names) must make in order to make the same total compensation as the "top" salesperson.
