Greetings! Please post a three (3) paragraph response to the discussion topic. Furthermore, students must acknowledge at least two (2) other students' postings with two (2) paragraphs each (total of seven paragraphs). The objective is increased student interaction discussing Disaster Response. Just wanted to ensure students fully understand the expectation of the discussion forums. Writing 1-3 short sentences saying "I agree" and then skipping a line is not a fully developed paragraph. Finally, students MUST post their three (3) replies on three (3) different days so waiting until the last day is a bad strategy to earn maximum credit.  

TOPIC: Please post your personal introduction by discussing your background, academics, work, interests, family, etc. No citations required. 

AND 

Please post a three-paragraph discussion of a "disaster" your family or community has had to respond to be it a hurricane, fire, personal tragedy, etc. Please provide one APA citation to support your comments.
