CIS 110 Week 7 Discussion
You should be proud of yourself for making it this far in the course. Many would have dropped out by now. Kudos to you for sticking with it.Â
The video below is a crash course. This means it is a bit fast. However, I share it with you because the first 7 minutes highlights everything we have learned so far. I like how it puts everything we are learning together.  Then, the second half of the video shows us the concept of a function. I love the video because it takes what we are learning and applies it to a video game.  I am sure everyone can image an action in a game that occurs over and over. Â
Imagine you are a part of a team that is tasked with developing a mobile application that will allow users to send pictures to their friends. The manager thinks it is a waste of time creating functions. You know better. Describe the advantages of using functions combined with any other concept we learned, like an array, for example, to complete this type of task.Â
Remember, be creative. There is so much to talk about that our initial posts and response shouldn't be a few short sentences.
