This assignment is being done in parts - Week 2, Week 3, Week 4 and Week 6. In week 6, all of the parts will be added together to make one final PPT presentation. In week 1, you should have collaborated with your learning team to choose an organization that could go through an organizational change based on organizational shifts, global trends, local markets, the economy, or employee behavior.
Preparation for week 2's assignment:
Create an overview of the organization.
Develop a scenario for the organization that will require an organizational change process.
After developing the scenario, collaborate on 2 theories of change (in your textbooks - for example, Lewin's change theory; Beckhard & Harris, etc. ) to help facilitate an organizational change process as leaders. (The 2 change theories you choose should promote the change process through job performance that can be used to measure the success of training as it relates to change with in the organization).
