Part I:
As an individual, Create a communication plan in a PowerPoint as a change leader to help manage communication about the organizational change identified in the Organizational Change Process Learning Team project. Remember the focus is on the communication about the change and not on the change process itself.
 Address the following when designing your communication plan:
o   Objectives of the communication plan
o   Target audience of the communication plan
o   Procedures for sharing or distributing the communication plan (e.g., resources, technology)
o   Frequency and forms (modalities) of communication regarding the change
o   Evaluation of the communication plan by target audience to determine its effectiveness
Presentations should be visually oriented with speaker notes or a notes page with supporting text.

**Write a 275-300 word initial organizational communication addressed to the stakeholders of the learning team organization that your team chose. This may be in business memo format or a Word doc.
The content of the initial communication (memo) must address:
a.      Specific details of the organizational change
b.     Need for the organizational change
c.      Effect of the organizational change on resources, personnel, organizational structure, and etc.
d.     Timeline for organizational change
e.      Gaining buy in and stakeholder engagement in the organizational change process.
