2. Given the various resources’ viewpoints, please synthesize the main components of emotional intelligence and how they translate into SEL in the educational workplace. Please be sure to describe in detail the five components of SEL.
3. In what ways do you see evidence of the need for these main components in society? Why might schools be a reasonable training ground for these components? Please include evidence and anecdotes from your own experience as well as the resources provided to ground these notions in truth as you see it.
