For this quiz, you will compose a TWO-page document properly formatted using formal writing conventions and MLA style.
Page 1--You will choose TWO readings from any of the lessons we have had so far (Lessons 1-5, one reading from 6) and pull at least ONE quote from EACH reading you choose. Then you will construct a paragraph for each quote in which you properly incorporate and cite these quotes, so TWO paragraphs are required. The paragraphs should make sense and flow properly. The in-text citations should be in MLA format.
Â
Â
Page 2--For the second page, you will need to compose a Works Cited page for the material you quoted in your paragraphs for page 1.
Â
**Note: our textbook for this class is an ANTHOLOGY, so if you choose to use articles from the textbook, your entry will be for an article in an anthology.
Â
You may use the Purdue OWL to help you with this or any other citation generator. However, since I am making this allowance, your entires must be EXACTLY right to get credit.
Â
You will need to save this document as either a WORD document or PDF file and attach it here.
Â
You will have until the end of class to submit. Anything submitted after the end of class will not be graded.
