The Plagiarism Problem!
Students wonder what plagiarism is and how to know if they are committing plagiarism. Plagiarism, simply stated, is copying or closely matching another’s words/language and/or ideas without proper accreditation (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/plagiarism?s=t, 2020). Strayer University has an Academic Integrity policy that covers intentional and unintentional plagiarism and includes penalties that can permanently impact your academic record should you plagiarize work. The goal of this discussion is to help you spot and understand plagiarism so that you do not plagiarize in your work submissions.
