Research various approaches and/or philosophies used to evaluate leadership practice.

 

Select an industry and an organization in the industry with which you are familiar.

 

Prepare a 15- to 20-slide Microsoft^® PowerPoint^® presentation detailing a new leadership evaluation process that will be adopted by your selected organization. Your presentation must clearly:

 

• Discuss the rationale for adopting the new process.
• Explicate the new evaluation criteria (minimum of four).
• Justify the relevance of each criterion.
• Discuss the potential benefits to individual leaders and the organization as a whole.
• Present an implementation plan that includes a detailed timeline for adoption.

 

Include a reference page and detailed speaker’s notes for each content slide in your presentation. Your speaker’s notes should incorporate evidence from the scholarly literature to support your decisions and substantiate the efficacy of the new leadership process.
