Unit Outcomes
ï‚· Convert a Design Document into an original animation.
Course outcome(s) practiced in this unit:
IT111-5: Implement programming design concepts through creation of story boards.
PC-2.2: Formulate innovative solutions for identified initiatives.
Instructions
Using the Design Document you created in Unit 9, create an original animation in the Alice
development environment, using what you have learned about objects, methods, parameters,
decision structures, repetition structures, and functions.
Your animation should include all scenes described in your design document and should be a
cohesive animation with a purpose (a story to tell, a game, a puzzle, an interactive movie). The
following is required in your animation:
1. At least six scenes, some with multiple shots.
2. Use of both class level methods and scene level methods.
3. Use of a parameter.
4. At least one decision-structure (IF statement).
5. At least one repetition structure (For loop or While loop).
6. Use of a function.
7. Use of at least one Event and Event Listener.
