Identify an effort to restructure or realign how care, products, or services were delivered in a healthcare department or organization. You may do this in one of two ways:
· You may use a professional example from your work experience that represents an organizational redesign in a healthcare setting
· If you do not have an example from your work, find an article, published within the past 2 years, related to the restructuring or realignment of operations in a healthcare organization
o Sources include The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, or a healthcare related website, such as Becker's Hospital Review, Modern Healthcare, etc.
