Structured Query Language for Data Management is my current class the IP project is to create a data base in Microsoft SQL server studio, i have created the tables in SQL Ip2 is to insert data into the tables

I am sort of stuck here  this is the first time i have ever used this program and the instructor is very vague.Any help would be appreciated.
