Write a 1,400- to 1,750-word paper that compiles all of the strategies presented in this course as well as those learned in the GMGT/510, GMGT/520, and GMGT/530 courses.  The final paper should not be a simple copy and paste of the previous papers, but a cohesive final global strategy that also incorporates the following:

  • Assess the risks that your global expansion will face as well as strategies for overcoming these risks. 
  • Use benchmarking processes to show how you will measure performance.
  • Devise a global strategic plan that includes a final recommendation as to the viability (or chances of success) of the global strategy presented.

Note: If you find the venture too risky it is perfectly acceptable to recommend against going global or implementing this strategy at this time.
