Over the past one month, hullying has ensued, and l have tried my best to address the issue by
notifying the necessary authority, but the issue seems not to he addressed. There is a particular
kid who is at tile center of bullying both in the classroom and in the playground. I understand that bullying is a vice that should be dealt with in the right manner especially when younger kids
are involved. Over the past one month, I have expected die action of bullying to be addressed by
seeking the audience of we head teacher on the issue as well as provide a leeway of dealing with
the issue. This memo serves to humbly request you to seek dte audience of the head teacher to
discuss why he took no action and additionally ask your opinion on dealing with bullying
particularly when young ltids are involved. Bullying is a physical and mythological act aimed at exerting presSure and forcing

burden. When children enjoy learning, they tend to understand more, develop appropriately and
advance to me next levels widt some form of ease. Bullying must, merefore, be contained and
the school administration should spearhead efforts of dealing with bullying so as to create die
right culture in schools that discourage and punishes bullying {Juvonen Eli Graham, mid}, The above reasons call for findio g solutions to bullying to prevent further incidences of
bullying and punish those involved in bullying. The issue might not he the case in this situation
since younger children are involved who might not he aware of the mosequences of bullying and
the negative effects bullying has on other kids. The head teacher must poivide an enabling
environment for teachers to deal with bullying in the right manner. In a situation where there is
no goodwill from the administration, the efiorts of fighting bullying might be futile. The
