In your presentation, describe yourself as an innovative leader within the organization from Topic 3. Address the following:

2.  Identify and describe opportunities for personal/professional development and resources or organizations that can support your growth as an innovative leader.
3.  Describe the qualities you possess that would make you successful in renovating the organization's innovativeness.       Â
