HRM315a - Sem 2 Research Paper Part 1
Human Resources (HR) professionals need to know how to generate and collate survey data in an organization. This is a good way to know how well the organization is meeting the needs of its employees. The purpose of this research project is to become proficient at collecting, summarizing, analyzing, identifying performance gaps, and writing recommendations on data from individuals surveyed at an organization. You will conduct simulated (MOCK) primary research (survey with data provided – you will not/may not actually survey anyone) and actual secondary research (journal articles, etc.).
The goal for RPI is to learn the components of planning survey research in the workplace.
