Complete "Lab 2: Sales Analysis Worksheet” on pages EX 61 – EX 62. The lab begins at the top of page EX 61 and requires you to create a spreadsheet and a chart based on what you learned in Excel Chapter 1. To complete this assignment, it is recommended that you read Excel Chapter 1 – Creating a Worksheet and a Chart pages EX 1 – EX 54.  Perform the following tasks:

  1. Go to page EX 61 and read the problem section of Lab 2: Sales Analysis Worksheet.  

 

  1. Read the assignment instructions on page EX 62 and complete steps 1 through 6.
  2. Change the document properties to include your name and the course number.
  3. Make corrections to the figures in the spreadsheet for Package A sold in Louisiana (cell B7) to $151, 992.60 and Package B sold in Virginia (cell C11) to $183, 573.67.
  4. Change the State in cell A11 to the State in which you were born. If your state is already listed in the spreadsheet, choose a different State.
  5. Save the spreadsheet in the Week 4 folder you created in week 2 and name the file W4_last_name (replace last_name with your last name).
  6. Submit the assignment as an Excel file (.xlsx) using W4 assignment submission link above. Click here to preview an example of the completed spreadsheet and chart.
