Sandy, a 23 year old female applies for the position of long distance truck driver with FedEx. Sandy is 5 ft 4 and weighs 115lbs. She has worked for other trucking companies but  not as a long distance trucker. Her application for employment is denied. FedEx maintains that the job requires drivers to carry and lift heavy packages. Also, on long distance trips drivers are required to remain awake for long hours and not make frequent rest stops. Does Sandy have a basis to sue for the rejection of application? If yes, on what grounds. If no, why?
