as a matter of low in the USA women and ethnic minorities are to be provided equal opportunities in the labor market. However, many argue that discrimination against women continues and is said to be evidenced by the "glass ceiling" and a persistent gender wage gap. There is also an ongoing discussions concerning women's leadership ability and whether they are more, less or equally effective as men in business leadership roles. what is your assessment of the current situation for women in the US and also in your home country?
