Making the leaves collage

 

Ella is making leaves collage. Ella stood watching me make the leaves college with an interest. She asked "What are we doing? " Ella walked over to the table. I said to Ella we making some art with leaves, it is collage. Ella nodded and said "What's that? I want to make". She observed as I made the leaves college once more. She confidently began choosing leaves and said "I want the big one". Smiling, she glued it to the piece of paper. She chose the other leaf and glued it to the paper and said "broken". "It's ok, the leaf would still stick onto the paper" I said. Ella kept to glued the second leaf on the paper. Then she chose a third leaf and this time a smaller one. She glued it just beside the big leaf and said "here".

She then confidently took the marker pen and drew the lines and circles beside the leaves "it is a flower" she said. She chuckled as she continued to draw three more lines on the leaf. Ella took my hand and said " I done". "You had done very well and it was a fantastic picture" I said. Ella smiled. "Do you want to take it home" I asked. She nodded and said "yes, I am happy".
