I intend to write my final project on network security in middle sized companies. This is
the field that I am currently pursing that my degree will help me get which is why I have chosen
this topic. With everything being digitalized businesses have found keeping things like employee
files, account information, and customer files much easier. While swiping a credit card or saving
a company’s business plans on a computer may be easier it is a lot less safe. As technology
grows in a positive manner it does in a negative manner too. A big problem middle size
companies face is payroll hacking if a hacker gets into the system they can reroute the outgoing
funds and send them to their own accounts. Network security is essincal for middle sized and
small businesses everything from passwords to firewalls is necessary. References
