I started by creating two tables in the access file using the columns below. Table 1 named customer and table 2 named sale.  I need help with #6 and assigning sales rep to customer.  There needs to be a total of 25 customer records and 4 sales rep and each sales rep will be assigned 6 customers each and one rep with 7.  Attached is the file.    Will sales rep ID need to be duplicated in sales rep column?

 

1. Define the proper data types for the attributes of each table.
2. Determine the primary key for each table.
3. Create the proper input masks for field CustomerID and Telephone number.
4. Relate the tables to each other using the relationship tool in Access.
5. Create a minimum of 25 customer records, with at least 5 living in Massachusetts. The customer Credit Limit should range from $500-$5000. Current Balance should not exceed the credit limit.
6. There are a total of 4 sales representatives within the company; each sales rep should be assigned an approximate equal number of customers.
