I tried something a little different for my last week in the game. I was trying to go hard or go home. These decisions have netted me a position in the top ranking companies for the Business Strategy Game for the entire World for my high EPS. I wanted to change the company's business model by reducing the number of models and raising the quality thus increasing the price of my shoes sold. This was a bold move for my company to make in year 20. I also had to increase my S/Q by 6 points to obtain my desired results. I would not have changed any decisions made for this game because it was fun and to see how my decisions with sales forecasting benefited my company was well worth the time and effort.
