Barney - Kids Love Him! History A six-foot purple dinosaur

Create a web page with the following text, and then mark up that content with style. The following is just the content. You have to change its appearance by creating CSS rules. The requirements are as follows:

1. A single file called barney.html uploaded to Canvas. Points will be deducted for any other name or any other file extension or a zip file upload. [8 points]
2. Create a list of style rules using <STYLE> with the following:
A rule for the BODY element that changes the color of the background to the color yellow, and sets the font size to 10 points and the font to sans-serif. [4 points]
A rule for H1 that sets the font size to 16 points and font to sans-serif and color to black. This rule is applied to the text “Barney – Kids Love Him!”. [4 points]
A rule for H2 that sets the font size to 14 points and font to sans-serif and color to red. This rule is applied to the texts “History”, “Today’s episode”, “Tomorrow’s episode” [4 points]
A rule for HR that sets the thickness to 20 points and the color to green. This rule is applied to the line after “Barney – Kids Love Him” [4 points]
A class called "red" for the <P> tag that turns the last paragraph (beginning with “Barney admits that…”) red. [4 points]
A rule that changes the font size of text to 11 points and the font to sans-serif within an <EM> tag that, in turn, is within an <LI> tag. This rule must be applied to the bulleted list in the text about "Tomorrow's episode". [8 points]
A pseudo-class called "hover" - when someone places their mouse over a link, this pseudo class will change the font size to 11 points and the font to sans-serif. This rule will apply to the link with the text “Link to the PBS Barney Page”. [6 points]
Float the first letter of each paragraph with a font size of 12 points and font of sans-serif and color of red, using the SPAN directive. [4 points]
3. No other rules or custom colors or custom fonts shall be applied. All rules must be specified in the <STYLE> section. [4 points]

All of the above must work in Chrome.

History

A six-foot purple dinosaur, Barney stars in the children's TV show Barney and Friends. The character got his start in 1987 in direct-sale videos created by Dallas teacher Sheryl Leach. The tapes caught the eye of the Public Broadcasting System, who put Barney and Friends on the air in 1992.
The big purple dinosaur quickly became a public phenomenon, joining Mister Rogers and Jim Henson's Muppets as PBS stars. Barney is a cuddly Tyrannosaurus Rex; he often is joined by his chums Baby Bop (a baby Triceratops) and her brother B.J. (a Protoceratops). He starred in a 1997 feature film, Barney's Great Adventure.

Today's episode

Barney's friends are racing to clean up the park, but Kami has trouble keeping up with the other kids - even when they pretend to be ants marching in a parade! Barney and Scott visit the Idea Bench where Scott comes up with a great idea - to show Kami that even though the caboose is the last car in the train, it's the most important because that's where the conductor rides. With Kami playing "Conductor for the Day," they learn all about trains and have fun checking out a model train. Then, they work together to clean up the old caboose in the park as they sing "I've Been Working On the Railroad." When Barney tells them how railroad signal flags are used, the children make their own flags and wave them around the park.
Barney's friends learn that from the first to the last in line, everyone is special.

Tomorrow's episode

Everyone is excited about the evening concert with Mr. Boyd's brass band. Angela is learning to play the trumpet but needs a lot of practice before she can join the band, and BJ hopes to drum up a gig with the band. In the meantime, the kids view Mr. Boyd's collection of horns on display in the caboose. As they learn about:
French horns
Trumpets
Trombones and
Tubas

Barney admits that he has tooted a tuba tune a time or two in his time and breaks into a fun tuba instrumental. When the kids offer to help Mr. Boyd decorate, they find themselves searching for missing band posters - which leads to nursery rhyme fun with "Little Boy Blue" and "Old King Cole." As the band practices, Barney - the Grand Poobah of the tuba - and drummer BJ get to play along. Making music with friends is always fun with a musical purple dinosaur!
