the typical approach for documenting and playing back the systems requirements are data-flow diagrams (DFDs). Initial DFDs may seem strange to business folks. I have found that once they understand the standard symbols, then they find DFDs are better than just reading pages of documentation.
Â

Â
Do you find DFDs to be a good way to present the requirements? Or are they confusing?
