A close friend of yours who is going to college and working on a Mathematics Major, a Chemistry Major, along with being in the Honors Program, has asked for your help. Her cell phone is on its last legs (it is dying), and is over 3 years old.  Also, the desktop computer she has in the dorm, died.  Her parents gave her the family computer she had used when she was in high school and is this computer is over 4 years old. The power supply in this desktop computer had a malfunction and took out the mother board and processor.  Your friend has been to various vendors shopping for a new phone, and computer system.  Each store she has gone to given her different and contradicting information. She feels totally overwhelmed as to what to get.  She knows you are studying computer science and know a lot more about computers and all kinds of devices which are computer based and has asked for your help.  Your friend decided to get a smartphone. But which one, she has no idea.  She also is try to decide between a desktop, laptop and a tablet.
