I am the owner of several different properties

Question description

I am the owner of several different properties:

1. a neighborhood shopping center, 2. an industrial/warehouse park and  3. an upscale  150 unit apartment building with beautiful views.

All of my properties are having difficulty finding new tenants and keeping my current tenants. This is a problem.

I am talking with you and am considering hiring you after I hear your idea for successfully marketing my properties and bringing in new tenants to increase the income at all my properties.  What ideas from Chapter 6 and  others would you suggest to me.

1. Shopping Center

2. Industrial/warehouse

3. apartment building
