In order to proceed with the question, we create a table and determine the values needed.

From the table, it is evident that the project can only be completed in the week 40. The number of days for the slack will have to be reduced. Consequently, I will need to concentrate on activities F and H since they takes the longest time to complete. More manpower will have to be allocated to them so as to complete these projects in time (Schultz & Slevin, 1975).
