Subject: Alternatives to a Christmas Party
Â
Hi Alison:
As you know, it has been our tradition here at DataTech to have a Christmas party every year (with Santa Clause and a Christmas tree with presents, etc). However, since we now employ so many people from cultures that don't celebrate Christmas and because the party has become such a huge cost at a time when we need to consider carefully our fiscal spending, I'm considering some alternatives to this kind of party.
Could you please find out what some other companies are doing in place of traditional Christmas parties and whether they would suit us here at DataTech? I would love to hear any recommendations you may have.
Many thanks,
Jason
