I am writing a paper on the representation of marriage in Twelfth Night and The Winter's Tale. My intro had a very small description of marriages in the Elizabethan era followed by asking a question if love existed. My paper will explore how shakespeare uses different types of love with different characters and how they all end up getting married. I am having a lot of difficulty finding a good thesis statement. Do you have any ideas? My conclusion just repeats my whole intro and confirms that marriage can be attainable with love. (in a way, marriage is represented as a sort of closure?) Hope you can help, I am all out of ideas. Thanks so much
