Many daycares, pre-schools, and early primary schools do not have funds for counselors or support for young children. Interview two teachers about how they support students with behavioral needs. One teacher needs to be from a daycare or pre-school and another from an early primary school. Ask each teacher the following:

  • What are the steps needed to identify a child who needs support and the area that the child needs support?
  • What resources are available in the school setting for families, teacher, and student?
