A salesperson will continue to earn a fixed salary

I am a little lost. I don't know how to create a table and and having trouble calculating. Please help!

Modify the Week Two Java™ NON-GUI application using Java™ NetBeans™ IDE to meet these additional and changed business requirements:

  • The company has recently changed its total annual compensation policy to improve sales.
  • A salesperson will continue to earn a fixed salary of $85,000.00.
  • The company now has a Annual Sales Target, The Annual Sales Target for every salesperson is $150,000.00.
  • The Annual Sales Commission incentive will only start when 80% of the Annual Sales Target has been met. The initial commission is 15% of total sales.
  • Also, if a salesperson exceeds the Annual Sales Target by $1.00, the Annual Sales Commission will increase based on an incentive factor (added commission). The Incentive factor (added commission) is 2.0% to the initial commission.
  • The application shall ONLY ask the user to enter Name, Department, and Total Annual Sales.
  • The application shall display the Salesperson Name, Department, and Total Annual Compensation (Fixed Base Annual Salary + Annual Commission).
  • The application shall also display a table of potential Total Annual Compensations that the salesperson could earned, in $20,000.00 increments above the amount entered as the Total Annual Sales.
  • The displayed table shall include enough rows up to 50% above the entered Total Annual Sales.
    • Sample Table: Assuming an Initial total annual sales amount of $500,000.00, the table would look like this:
