1) If 4.0 moles of gas has a volume of 77 L, then what is the molar volume for this gas? Note that this gas sample could be at any temperature and pressure, not necessarily STP. Write out your calculation(s) to show your work. Round your answer to the correct number of significant figures.
Â
My answer: 77L/4.0mol = 19L/mol

2) Â Calculate what the vapor pressure of water would be at 24.3Â oC. Write out your calculation(s) to show your work.
Â
My answer: 22.38 + (24.3 - 24.0 / 25.0 - 24.0) (23.73 - 22.38)
= 22.38 + (0.3) (1.35) = 22.38 + 0.4 = 22.8 mmHg
Â
Please let me know if my answers are correct or not. Thanks.
