The organization I chose to examine s Walmart. According to Walmart the organization structure consists of five (5) CEO's which then lead to several Vice Presidents. The structure that Walmart is made up of can be a disadvantage to business, because it relays on every CEO being on the same page as each other to avoid and potential conflicting memo's or policy changes that are released. It wouldn't be good for business if one CEO released a policy change and the other CEO had released a totally different policy on the exact same thing.
