health and freedom

I am not sure if I add information about health and freedom from gender and if it make sense. I just didn't know what to add fro the last sentence to end.  I feel i don't give plenty of examples and i'm just repeating myself. No plagiarism 

Gender equality in health and freedom from any form of violence emphasizes on eliminating violence of any form in a working environment. The forms of violence that are common in a working environment include sexual harassment, physical violence and verbal violence. Any employer should formulate policies that seek to ensure the safety of female employees in the workplace. This can involve broad contexts like their travel both from and to the workplace and any form of travel that is work related.  Employers should also ensure that good and safe working conditions are promoted in the organization at all times. Women have a greater chance of a longer life than men but in poor countries is a smaller percentage. Studies have shown women around the world 50% have HIV/ AIDS between the age 15-24 for this reasons woman protest for gender equality and empower through programs and policies, females protest to have better resources, economic help, political opportunities and most importantly safety (Jayachandran,2014). There has been discrimination health care between male and female, female have less opportunities as education and paid labor job which mean less chance of having a better access to health care (Nemko,2009). When female feels there, rights are not respect they start to do protest and be hear from congress and politics. According to Schoen lectures (February 08,2017) stated, stratification have a big effect on individuals on how they're interact and who they're interact has influence and how wealth, privileges and power is a diversity between male and female. In the society freedom and health opportunities is given to male than female related to dimension of social stratification which is the influence of gender.
