In this assignment you will describe what you have learned from the previous analysis of your personal LEAD Feedback Assessment, from the comparisions of style matches and mis-matches in chapter 11 of the text and the discussions in the live GoTo session in the course. This is a personal analysis of your primary and secondary styles, whether you have flexibility and whether you use the appropriate behavior with the individual follower readiness levels.
You should assess yourself and describe whether you overlead, underlead, or match correctly most of the time; and most importantly what will you do to insure that you get better in the future. What is the ONE thing that you can do to become better at matching your leadership styles with those of your followers such that it will make everything else either easier or unnecessary?
The paper should be the proper length to cover the assignment in sufficient detail to show that you are truly familiar with the matches and what you have learned from this course and how you will apply it in your personal and professional life.
