Background of where I work: I am an intern at Morgan Stanley, in the department of Wealth Management. I am a part of the retirement planning team, I cold call most of the time while I work.

 

Assignment:

 

The student intern is required to secure the organizationâs Annual Reports for the last five years (or other comparable material for private firms) and develop industry data and information from a variety of sources. Come to class prepared to discuss what your firm does, how it does it & what you do for them.

 

Develop an analytical report that describes your organizationâs lines of business, industry position and internal organization structure. Be sure to include data such as revenue, profit, market capitalization (if relevant), stock price, etc. for 3 â 5 years.
