Create an application that will calculate wages earned.

 

User should enter:

 

1. Salary per hour

2. Hours worked

Calculate gross wages (before taxes) earned. Anything over 40 hours per week should be paid time and a half.

Subtract for taxes/unemployment, 15%, (this amount should also be displayed on the form),display net earnings. Net earnings = wages – taxes/unemployment

Include a clear button. When it is clicked all text boxes should be cleared of data.
